strst31
I have a Delta 14" Bandsaw that I really do not want to part with yet. Unfortunatly the guide that holds the bushings and guide blocks below the table snapped off right were the right hand guide block is placed. I tried to do a resaw out of desperation with out the bottom block in place but should have known better. When I go on line to find a replacement part they don't even list my saw's serial #. I have a Delta 28-274C Does anyone have any contacts or links for replacement parts? Thanks in advance.

Spencer_J
I found the parts list diagram.... http://www.mikestools.com/download/Delta-Parts-Lists/28-274C-14-Inch-Professional-Bandsaw-BS9.pdf I recently ordered some random parts for my delta sliding table attachment from mike and he sent the parts to me two days later. Whew! I replaced my biesemeyer pointer for $3 what a difference! If you need help with mikes tools website let me know i might be able to do some hunting for you as ive gotten pretty good at it for my 1972 unisaw. brpatch
Register at Vintagemaschinery.org They have file called BOYD (Bring out your Dead) which lists parts wanted or for sale. Great resource for items like your needing.
wdwerker
I replaced my guides with Carter ball bearing guides. Probably have the old ones stashed somewhere. I never throw stuff like that away. My Delta 14" is late 70's or early 80's vintage. I have no idea about the model numbers.
krtwood
You could take a look at the parts for the 28-206 to see if they look the same. But I think the universe is telling you to upgrade to Carter guides which totally replace the guide assemblies.
strst31
Thanks everyone for the help and great advice. Having a chance to look at the options....Carter it is! I didn't even know they existed. Great reviews and affordable. Also available here in Canada at Lee Valley. Once again, thanks for the help, I can now sleep peacefully. Bandsaws are like beer fridges, as long as they run you never appreaciate them.
