duckkisser
Ok so I want to get my class set up for wood bending what are recommendations for a steamer I have a huge PVC pipe I was going to just plug up but I don't know what steamer to buy. Anyone got any tips. Also I would need some way to have a jig for several different types of bends. So anyone has any links or plans for some kind of bending table. Darnell Hagen
Lee Valley has a free booklet on steaming that I found informative.

capnjack2
WOOD magazine had an article on it a while back. I can't find it but if I remember correctly it was really low-tech. Like electric tea kettle low-tech! Jack
duckkisser
Lee vally has a really informative panthlet that even says that kettles are good for small short pieses but wall paper steamer can do all projects. So far they have answered all my questions and mad me think up a few.
Vic
This is a really good book on the subject. http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Manual-Wood-Bending-Laminated/dp/0941936546/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1306196232&sr=8-2 I plan on bending too. One corner of my future assembly table will be dedicated to it.
