nateswoodworks
I use oilstones but I was looking at getting a coarse dmt diamond stone for flattening chisels and plane backs as I can get a good deal on one. I see that they state you can use them with water or dry, what say you?? Also what do you do for cleaning them after use?? Thanks and happy sharpening. flairwoodworks
If I'm really lazy and only have a little to do, I use them dry but most times I use them wet. I wipe them down with a rag between uses.
