lawrence
I took the day off of work today and knocked out a quick coffee grinder for LOML. It is mesquite with a shellac topcoat. I used my CNC (a carvewright) for the carving, but because of the small size of the pieces (and the fact that I did not fix my wood down square on my sled and the carves were not square to the edges) I used mostly hand tools (and a pin nailer) to complete the project. The rabbets are not quite as clean as they would have been with a router, but it was kind of fun (and a heck of a lot safer) doing the short rabbets with hand tools, Thanks for looking, Lawrence
