Skunkeye Posted October 30, 2011 Report Share Posted October 30, 2011 I don't have the info you request, I imagine it would be jig dependent as the bit depth would need to account for the thickness of the stock and the jig itself. I just scribe a line a hair more than the thickness of my stock, clamp it in the jig, and set the bit depth to the line. Almost takes longer to type it out than to do it. robjeffking Posted October 30, 2011 Author Report Share Posted October 30, 2011 Its a portercable omnijig 16 The manual uses 3/4" stock with a 19/32" bit height. Using a proportion equation 1/2" stock would be .75/.594=.5/x or .396 or roughy 3/8" bit height for 1/2" thick stock I guess I'll make my own receipe card, I'll Let you know how it turns out Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
