Bombarde16
Assembling the uprights for a playhouse, how many biscuits would you want to join these pieces of wood? 72" long and it's salvaged construction lumber, recently planed down, so it'll want to twist all over the place until I get them firmly glued together in something resembling straightness. Every 12"? Every 18"? Skip the biscuits and rout a straight spline? How much is needed and how little can I get away with and still have a relaxed, straight glue-up experience? Skunkeye
That's long grain to long grain, so biscuits are just for alignment, I'd probably put 5 on each side.
