Blum Support & Plywood

Dear Friends

I am working (plans) in some plywood wall kitchen cabinets, i will use formica laminate on them. I want to use those very convenient blum hangers, i am using 3/4 birch plywood and 1/4 plywood for the back of the cabinet fastening everything with screws that will be hidden under the laminate. My question is how can I attach the 1/4 plywood in the back without using a dado or a rabbet and still be able to use the blum hangers????

My second option is to use a french cleat, but i am afraid that i will not be able to do minor adjustments once the cabinets are mounted.

Note: I have a router but not a router table and dados and rabbets are still a little bit complicated for my woodworking level.

Thanks

Jorge
