Either way. Im trying to take the rest of the year off so every clamp I own is in use. Always seems to work out that way. Either not enough or what you have left is to short. duckkisser Posted December 20, 2011 Report Share Posted December 20, 2011 what works just as well is to take a piece of wood add a piece of wood to one end to create a hook then cut a notch out of the other end and put a pipe clamp on the cut out notch and then then hook it on the other side of you glue up. creates a extension that works great.
