It was 2 Stanley bedrock planes, a 606 fore plane and a 608 jointer plane. The jointer plane is a monster at 24" long. duckkisser Posted December 31, 2011 Report Share Posted December 31, 2011 nice dusty i ran into a guy once who did all his work with antique hand tools that had been in his family for 4 generations. he was still cuting up timber with a two man pull saw. he was visiting his sister at the time but if he was closer i would go help him just so i can learn how to build furniture back when illinois was nothing but prarie grass. he was from illinois but he moved to georgia when he was in his 30s and he brought his 6 year old granddaughter with him him cute as a button with her southern accent. sadly she new more about working with lumber then i do at 28 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
